How do I know the packs are fair?

RipMint packs are pre-stuffed and locked before sale, with transparent manifest/odds data shown up front. Learn more on our Trust & Safety page.

What happens if a seller doesn't ship my cards?

Sellers must generate tracked shipment labels after RipMint's 48-hour buffer. If they don't, contact support and we'll intervene. Repeated failures result in seller suspension and eligible buyer refunds.

Can I return cards I don't want?

No. Sales are final unless cards are not as described or arrive below NM+ condition.

How do I withdraw money from my wallet?

Go to your wallet page and click 'Withdraw'. Enter the amount and confirm. Funds are transferred to your bank account within 1-2 business days. There's a $0.25 flat fee per withdrawal.

Are the cards authentic?

All sellers are verified and must agree to only sell authentic cards. Counterfeits result in immediate permanent bans. If you receive a suspected counterfeit, contact support immediately.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time depends on the 48-hour consolidation buffer plus carrier transit time after label generation. You'll receive tracking once the seller creates the shipment.
