Everything you need to know about getting your cards

When you rip packs on RipMint, you're winning real physical cards that can be shipped directly to your door. Here's how our shipping system works.

How Shipping Works

After ripping a pack, your cards are grouped into a pending shipment with that seller. RipMint then uses a platform-wide fulfillment flow with tracked labels.

  1. Rip your pack and enjoy the reveal
  2. Cards are added to your pending shipment
  3. Cards from the same seller are batched for 48 hours
  4. Seller generates a tracked label through RipMint
  5. Track your package until delivery

The Buffer Period

RipMint uses a platform-wide 48-hour buffer before shipment so orders from the same seller can consolidate. This system benefits everyone:

Why Buffer Periods Exist

  • For You: If you rip multiple packs from the same seller, your cards get combined into one shipment, saving you money.
  • For Sellers: They can efficiently process multiple orders at once instead of shipping every card individually.
  • Ship Early Option: Need your cards faster? Use the "Ship Now" button to end the buffer early (note: you'll miss the consolidation benefit).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are quoted at checkout from live carrier rates. You always see exact shipping totals before payment.

  • Default label selection uses the cheapest available tracked service
  • Sellers can override service and parcel details at label generation
  • Shipments over $500 in merchandise subtotal default to box packaging

Packaging Standards

All RipMint sellers must follow these packaging requirements:

  • Every shipment must use a tracked shipping label
  • Cards must be protected for safe transit (sleeves, rigid support, and secure packing)
  • Orders over $500 default to box packaging
  • Sellers remain responsible for condition-safe packaging quality

If you receive a damaged shipment due to inadequate packaging, please contact support immediately with photos.

International Shipping

Currently, RipMint is only available in the United States. We plan to expand to Canada and other countries in the future.

Shipping FAQ

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Contact support with your order details and tracking number. We'll work with the seller to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or replacement depending on the circumstances.

Can I change my shipping address after requesting shipping?

You can update your address before the seller ships. Once a tracking number is added, the address cannot be changed. Contact support if you need assistance.

How long until my package arrives?

Delivery time depends on the 48-hour buffer plus carrier transit time after label generation. You can use Ship Now to end the buffer early for a shipment.

Why haven't I received tracking yet?

Tracking is created when a seller purchases the shipment label. If the 48-hour buffer has ended and no tracking is posted, contact support and we will intervene.
