Terms of Service

By accessing or using RipMint ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

To use RipMint, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

When you purchase a pack on RipMint, you understand and agree that:

• Pack contents are pre-assigned before sale and disclosed via manifest/odds data
• All sales are final once a pack has been ripped
• Refund exceptions are limited to items that are not as described or received below NM+ condition
• The odds displayed on each pack are accurate and binding
• We do not guarantee any particular outcome or value from pack openings
• The items you receive are real physical cards owned by the seller

If you are a seller on RipMint, you agree to:

• Only list authentic items that you own and have in your possession
• Accurately describe item conditions
• Honor RipMint's platform shipping and refund policies
• Fulfill orders after the platform 48-hour shipping buffer
• Use tracked shipment labels for order fulfillment
• Package items appropriately to prevent damage
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate tax records and report income as required

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.

RipMint charges fees as described on our Pricing page. Current fees include:

• 8% platform commission plus payment processing costs on completed sales (paid by sellers)
• $0.25 flat fee on wallet withdrawals

We may modify fees with notice. All payments are processed through Stripe and subject to their terms of service.

The RipMint name, logo, and all related content are the intellectual property of RipMint Inc. You may not use our branding without written permission.

Trading card designs, names, and related imagery are the property of their respective owners. RipMint is not affiliated with or endorsed by any trading card game publisher.

You agree not to:

• List or sell counterfeit, replica, or proxy items
• Manipulate or attempt to manipulate pack manifests or outcomes
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Use the Service for money laundering or fraud
• Circumvent the platform for off-site transactions
• Scrape, hack, or interfere with the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service
• The accuracy of third-party pricing data
• Any particular outcome from pack openings
• The authenticity of items listed by sellers

We act as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the actions of users on the platform.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIPMINT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against RipMint.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• Any pending orders will be processed or refunded
• Wallet balances may be withdrawn subject to verification
